This charming apartment is part of a tastefully renovated 17th century farmhouse. Utilizing original materials and antique styles during the restoration, the architectural authenticity of the property has been carefully preserved. Positioned on a hillside between Tuscany and Umbria, the house is nestled in a grove of oak trees, meadows and olive groves and offers enchanting views of the valley and the surrounding woods. A large terraced lawn surrounds the house with a furnished barbecue area. Upon request, the owners will organize training for couples based on Zen therapy and meditation. Parking is available on-site. The property is not recommended for families with children under 7 years of age. A cleaning fee of euro 22 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
