Sun Peaks is a popular year-round destination, even when the snow melts. Summer activities include lift-access downhill mountain biking, Sun Peaks Golf Course, lift-access hiking trails and tours, canoe and kayak rentals, canoe and kayak tours, tennis courts and horseback rides all set in a background of towering peaks and rich, alpine meadow colors. There are many fishing lakes close by as well. Rates are based on double occupancy for Lodge, Studio, Loft, Deluxe Studio, Deluxe Loft and Grand Studio. Rates are based on quad occupancy for Family Suite, 1 and 2-Bedroom suites. Extra adult charge- USD 20.00/person plus taxes. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
