The community features top notch amenities, including the twenty-five court Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, three award-winning championship golf courses designed by George Fazio, Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills, and a free, on-demand seasonal beach and shopping shuttle. Minimum age required at check-in is 22. Check-in for accommodations at The Village at Palmetto Dunes is at 10 Trent Jones Avenue in Palmetto Dunes. Office is open from 2 - 8 pm at 20 Executive Park Road or until 7 p.m. at 10 Trent Jones Lane for The Village check-in. A valid credit card and ID will be required at check-in. Minimum age 22 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. After hours lock boxes are located on the Executive Park Road side of the building at 20 Executive Park Road or to the left of the door at The Village on-site office. Please call Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm to obtain night box code.
