The 161-room hotel was created by joining the 100 year old Morton and Duplicator national historic landmark building with a new 7-story structure. The renovation was completed in 1986 with the new structure completed in 1988. The 18 million dollar renovation produced an understanding elegance and sophistication in this intimate property.
