Tamarind Beach Hotel is a bungalow hotel by the white sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean. Accommodation is set in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, all rooms facing one of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in Zanzibar. Tamarind is situated at Uroa, a traditional fishing village. In Uroa there are only 6 hotels and still has that unique Zanzibar feeling, not yet discovered by "beach boys". Tamarind is well suited for families with small children, our beach is safe and undisturbed. Our staff is friendly and informal, we are known for our home-like atmosphere.
