Barefoot Resort Condominium accommodations include three buildings for a total of forty-four units. Each building has its own style and personality. The resort has a convenience store, two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two exercise rooms, saunas, and a sports court, which can be used for activities such as basketball, volleyball, and tennis. At 6,500 feet, guests are able to overlook miles of the Black Hills from our newly added Scenic Overlook, which is available for family picnics and our yearly summer barbecues. There is plenty of things to do with a diverse number of hiking trails, unique caves, canyons and gulches, rugged rock formations, lakes and open grassland parks to explore in the area. The Barefoot Resort is located directly across from the major ski resort of South Dakota, Terry Peak. The winter season in the Black Hills averages 150 inches of snowfall, which provides great opportunities to get out and enjoy the season with downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in some of the most remote areas in the Black Hills. The Barefoot Resort is truly a resort for all seasons. Daily housekeeping is not available. However we do offer a free mid-week cleaning for guests that are staying 7 nights or more. For guests not staying 7 nights, who wish to have a mid-week cleaning, must pay a small fee depending on the size of the unit. Barefoot offers a smoke free environment and does not allow pets. Barefoot does not have all the units air-conditioned due to the mild summer temperatures and cool evenings. Gas grills are available to use year round. Convenience store and check-in desk are open from 7 am to 10pm. A small variety of staple foods, snacks, beverages and beer are available. The store also offers a small video rental shop, and gift shop. Resort laundry facilities are available for guests staying in the Summit View Building. Minimum age required at check-in is 21.

These fully furnished two-bedroom condominiums have a cozy one level design. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. The living area features a queen sofa sleeper, TV, VCR, traditional wood fireplace and sliding glass doors for entrance onto a private balcony.

These one bedroom fully furnished condominiums include full kitchens with dishwasher, washer/dryer and many small appliances including crock-pots and blenders. The living room includes an electric fireplace, sofa sleeper and a view of Black Hills.

These fully furnished three bedroom condos have a unique split-level design. The kitchen includes cookware, blenders and crock-pots, while the living room includes a sofa sleeper and wood fireplace. Enjoy the loft, which overlooks the living area.
Vista peak - studio
This fully furnished studio has a queen size bed, TV and full bath with linens. This unit includes a kitchenette with microwave, two hot plates and small fridge. Dishes, glassware, cookware, coffee pot and utensils are also included.

2. Turn RIGHT toward RENTAL CAR RETURN.
3. Turn LEFT onto AIRPORT RD/CR-C235.
4. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto SD-44.
5. Merge onto US-16 TRUCK E/SD-79 N via ramp on the LEFT.
6. Merge onto I-90 W/US-14 W/SD-79 N via exit on the LEFT toward GILLETTE.
7. Take the US-14A W/SD-79 N/SD-34 E exit, EXIT 30, toward LAZELLE ST./DEADWOOD-LEAD.
8. Turn LEFT onto I-90 BL/LAZELLE ST/US-14A/SD-34/BOULDER CANYON RD/SD-79. Continue to follow US-14A.
9. Turn RIGHT onto SD-473.
10. Turn LEFT onto STEWART SLOPE RD.
11. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto BAREFOOT TRL/BAREFOOT LOOP.
