Grand Colony Villas is a luxury beachfront development in San Pedro within the tropical island of Ambergris Caye. Enjoy Caribbean vacations in your own luxury vacation rental. Our villas are comfortably and luxuriously appointed with fine handcrafted hardwood furnishings and cabinetry, high end appliances and finishes. Guests of Grand Colony also enjoy all of the amenities offered at our sister property Villas at Banyan Bay- located right next door. We provide all guests with free wireless Internet, free transportation from the island airport to the resort, a ten-percent discount on golf cart rentals, a fifteen-percent discount on domestic airfare, and a ten-percent discount on all tours, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Maya ruins tours, cave tubing, zip lining, and more. We provide full wedding planning services for destination weddings- whether large or small. Children under 12, one child per parent, stay for free. An extra charge is collected at check-in for anyone age 12 or over. Please note that rates are based on double occupancy. For any guests beyond the first two, there is a nightly per person fee of USD 75.00, to be collected at check-in. Housekeeping is done every other day. Check-in time is after 3PM on the day of arrival. Please let us know your arrival time and we will greet you at the San Pedro Airstrip or water taxi pier. Check-out time is before 11AM on day of departure. We provide complimentary transport to either the airstrip or the pier. Please contact the resort at 1-866-466-2179 at least 24 hours in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. Please note that there is a nightly per person fee of USD 75.00. Ambergris Caye is a main destination for travellers and the largest island in Belize. San Pedro is the only town on the island. The amazing barrier reef running just offshore makes this the capital for dive and water sports in the nation.
