The apartment has been structured so that the living area with its two windows faces onto the street, while the sleeping area faces a rear courtyard covered in grass thus providing peace and quiet. The apartment has also been tastefully restored, retaining the old wooden ceilings and the furniture is particularly comfortable. The main bathroom and the kitchen have also been recently built and are well equipped. Parking in the street or in private parking areas (upon payment) 250 m away. Cleaning fee of euro 15 and deposit of euro 258 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
