Delightful, comfortable outbuilding in an ancient, country manor villa situated on the eastern side of Sicily. Peaceful position, views of the citrus fruit orchards and from the large lawn views of the valley below reaching as far as the sea in the distance. The outbuilding is situated approx. 50 m from the large villa, but in a reserved position and with garden and its own access. Shared with the owners: beautiful garden with tall palm trees and a large equipped lawn where you will find a pretty swimming pool (7x18) with a view reaching as far as the sea. Parking. Cleaning fee of euro 15 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
