Sunswept Condominiums is a low density condominium complex centrally located directly on the beach. Two elevators service the eight floors of this concrete high-rise. From your private balcony, enjoy the beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets, the large pool, the white sand beach, and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Children can play in the grassy area adjacent to the pool, while their parents lounge by the pool. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-in from 3 pm to 5 pm at our office in Sunswept Condominiums, check-out by 10 am. Guests must be 25 years of age to check-in. All guests must call property at 251-981-4949 no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to make arrangements for after hours check-in, and payment of additional fees. Failure to call property prior to arrival will result in cancellation of reservation.
