Housekeeping includes departure cleaning only. Check-in is after 4 pm. Please check in at the offices at 652 Wears Valley Rd. The reservation holder must present a photo ID and their valid credit card. Only the reservation holder may sign and receive the key code to get into the condo. Check-out is at 11 am. Front desk hours are daily from 9am to 10pm.
