The hotel was built in 1979 and renovated in 2001 beside a main road and consists of 2 6-storey buildings with a total of 288 rooms. Guests have the opportunity to use the small but attractive 23,000 mA? garden and there is a hotel lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, the hotel features lifts, a cafA©, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser's salon, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre room, a games room and a TV room. Additional facilities include an air-conditioned A  la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children, 5 conference rooms (catering for up to 160 persons), a public Internet terminal (WLAN), as well as a laundry service and medical assistance. Guests have the opportunity to hire bikes (for an additional charge) as well as to use the bicycle garage and the car park. From 01.04, there is complimentary childcare service available in the kindergarten games room between 9 am and 5 pm each day.
