Each of the 34 unique guestrooms is located within a villa settled high in the treetops. Built with a focus on sustainability and eco-consciousness, each one of these luxury Nicaraguan accommodations was built in the treetops to minimize damage to the forest floor.

How to get:
Self drive at night is not recommended; roadways are poorly lit and full of human and animal traffic. Most hotel rates include transportation.
Route from Managua is through Granada Rivas and Tola to Gigante. FROM MGA exit right /6km/ to Tipitapa road. Turn right /12km/ to Masaya. Bear left to Granada /10km/. Turn right at Granada toward Nandaime /20km/. Follow the highway to Rivas /25km/ turn right at the entrance to Rivas following sign to Playa Gigante. Turn right /1km/ following signs to Playa Gigante. Continue for /12km/ into Tola. Turn left after main square to Playa Gigante. Turn right after two blocks onto graded dirt road Playa Gigante. After /17.8km/ the road bears right. Pass Guacalito sign /3.6km/. Pass Guacalito /1.5km/ and turn right at Aqua sign. Turn Left at /2.6km/ at Aqua entrance. After guarded entrance turn right through nature reserve. Turn left at the fork in front of a guard shack go up the hill. Aqua entrance and parking is signed on the right at the top of the hill.
