Grand Hotel Tritone

In the enchantment of the coast, between Amalfi and Positano, in an enviable position above the sea, hotel Tritone, 4 stars, assures a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Hotel has been built in the 50's by Professore Giuseppe Gagliano and his wife Marianna Gagliano who still manage it with their sons. In spite of the big number of employees, Tritone preserves a family atmosphere. Tritone's restaurant, called "La cala delle lampare", besides the bright inner room, has a terrace on the sea completely enlightened in the evening by the lampare, Amalfi Coast's typical boats. Food is very refined with clear supremacy of Mediterranean tastes and flavours. Large choice of fresh fishes and sea-food, cheeses and local vegetables. It is also possible to visit the typical, old and very furnished cellar. There is a large assortment of prestigious national wines, with a particular attention to the regional ones. Tritone's services include a wonderful pine-wood, a lemon trees garden, a flowered gardens restaurant, an evocative chapel in a grotto devoted to Holy Mother of Lourdes used for weddings, too; two large rooms for parties, a congress room for 130 people, several meeting rooms, two swimming-pools with sea water and hydromassage, private beach, reachable by lift, at guests' disposal only, with restaurant service, bar and boat excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Grotta dello Smeraldo, Galli's island, Nerano or Capri. Moreover there are reading-rooms, drawing-rooms, American bar and private parking. From the sea view breakfast room it is possible to enjoy the view of Positano and Capri.
