Less than 60 -AUD99.00 per day. White boards, flip charts, screens and overhead projectors, TV & VCR are all available at no charge. Electronic whiteboard and Data projector available on request at an additional cost. Conference packages available including morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea etc. starting from AUD27.50 per person per day.

Area Attractions
Ipswich live music venues are increasing and you'll find most evenings and Sunday afternoons a club or a pub with cold ale, a comfy chair and some delightful sounds. For the families there are many parks, gardens and attractions, some which are FREE. The Ipswich City Council Animal and Bird enclosure is well worth a look, located in the Ipswich CBD / 4 Min from the Sundowner / and directly across from Queens Park. The Global Arts Link also situated in the CBD has regularly changing art and exibits, is interactive and child friendly with a special hands on area just for kids called Lotties Place. The Newest attraction would be the Queensland Rail Train Museum. Ipswich also has its own Water Park, just 15 mins down the Warrego Highway with pools and rides suitable for babies to adults. However if it's the Big Theme Parks you are after head down the Ipswich Motorway and onto the M1 and a 45-60 min drive will have you arriving at Dream World, Wet and Wild, Movie World, Seaworld and Surfers Paradise at the Gold Coast.

Balloon flights, sporting facilities close by such as Queensland Raceway at Willowbank, Golf Courses, Ipswich Netball, Aussie Rules and Rugby League ovals and for the punters, The Ipswich Race Course. If shopping is your fortei, Ipswich has several shopping centres but if you want to make a day of it, Brisbane is 40 mins away and has some great outlets and stores. Or if you need to stop for a break with the kids, South Bank Parklands is a great spot with eateries, restaurants and its very own beach and lagoon.
