Elite Palace Hotel

The Elite Palace Hotel opened in 1958. The hotel was built to accommodate the growing number of people traveling by car. The hotel was unique in the way it was built on top of the garages of the Philipson group, with hotel rooms beginning on the fourth floor. The garage, situated in the basement, had 250 parking spaces. You could also get your car serviced during the day. The hotel was also one of Stockholm's largest and most modern hotels even then. Today, Elite Palace hotel is a four star hotel with 216 rooms and a large conference and banqueting facility. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities and many of them have a bathtub where you can relax after a hard day's work. Elite Palace Hotel is located in the picturesque part of central Stockholm called Vasastan. Within walking distance of the hotel you will find Odenplan and St. Eriksplan where there are plenty of restaurants and shops/boutiques. You will also find the subway here. Elite Palace Hotel is easily accessible no matter how you choose to travel. If you are coming from the airport, the airport shuttle stops in front of the hotel. Travellers by car will find the hotel located near the exits from the E18 and the E4/E20. We offer convenient parking in our hotel garage.
