The Carroll Villa is a family owned and operated Bed and Breakfast Hotel and home of the Nationally acclaimed Mad Batter Restaurant and Bar. Our building is a national Historic Landmark, circa 1882, located in the heart of Cape Mays historic district. We are half block from the beach, and Shopping Mall.We are the first national landmark hotel in the historic district to install solar panels.
