| The Atlantic Avenue Building rooms are located diagonally across a small side street from the Oceanfront Building, pool, restaurant and beach. All rooms are furnished identically to the Oceanfront Building rooms: two double beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a small table with two chairs. Despite the few extra steps; lower rates make this location a favorite with our repeat guests. |

| These Efficiency rooms are located diagonally across a small side street from the Oceanfront Building providing one double bed and a sofa that pulls out to a double bed, a two burner stove top, sink and refrigerator unit, microwave, coffee maker and a small table with two chairs. Comes equipped with pots, pans and service ware sufficient for light meals. These rooms are available internally connecting with a regular room. |

| Ocean Building Efficiencies consist of a single room which accesses from the pool side of our oceanfront building and has windows facing north that provide a side view of the beach and waves. Each unit has two queen side beds, a two burner stove top combination sink and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dinette set, pots, pans, and service ware sufficient for light meals. |

| Oceanfront room on the 1st floor provides easy access to the beach and restaurant. The view is of the dunes more than that of the ocean due to the height of the dunes at this level. Each room contains two double beds, refrigerator, microwave and a small table with two chairs. |

| Rooms on the pool side of the oceanfront building which have no view but are still just steps to the pool, restaurant and beach. Also near the elevator, these rooms have two double beds, refrigerator, microwave and a small table with two chairs. Smoking is allowed in these rooms. |

| Upper Level Oceanfront Room provides an unlimited view of the ocean, beach and miles of coastline. All rooms contain two double beds, refrigerator, microwave and a small table with two chairs. |

| West facing rooms access from the opposite side of the building from the ocean with a view of the pool or generally west toward the sunsets and residential area in which we are located. Rooms are available on each of our three floors and have two double beds, refrigerator, microwave and a small table with two chairs. |
