Expedia, Inc., the leading global on-line travel company and Nota Bena, the St. Petersburg based CRS provider have today announced the successful integration of Expedia’s Quick Connect interface with Nota Bena’s central reservation system NB CRS.

The integration will provide hotels already connected to GDS via Nota Bena with the ability to become Expedia preferred partners while using customary NB CRS interface.

Expedia Quick Connect (EQC) connectivity automates the exchange of booking information and allows partners to retrieve bookings and booking updates and inserts them automatically into the NB CRS. The EQC interface also automates the process of exchange rates and inventory information, using current Expedia's extranet functionalities.

The EQC/NB CRS integration will allow the hotels to get the preferred conditions reserved for the hotels signing directly with Expedia. In the past Nota Bena-connected hotels were listed on Expedia/Hotels.com web-sites with limited visibility and could not be managed via Expedia's extranet. Now the preferred Expedia partners are displayed on placements over Global Distribution System hotels and get full extranet control over their rates in order to increase revenue.
