From the International airport Kazan, drive on Orenburgskiy tract, turn to Prospect Pobedi highway up to Vishnevski street and then turn to Lesgafta street or take the bus Number 97 from the Airport up to Dostoevski stop, after that hotel is 5 min walk way.
