В скором времени в московском отеле Swissotel Красные Холмы появится новый ресторан «Кай», способный составить достойную конкуренцию таким легендарным ресторанам, как «Pierre Gagnaire» во Франции, «Gambero Rosso» в Италии или «El Bulli» в Испании, сообщает ProHotel.ru.
Возглавят кухню ресторана Тарас Жемелко, бывший су-шеф «Nobu», и знаменитый шеф-повар Жан-Мишель Хардуин-Атлан, учившийся кулинарному искусству у талантливого французского ресторатора Мауриса Казалиса. Девиз кулинаров «Кая» - продуманная небрежность и фантазийный подход. Современная французская кухня меню ресторана будет дополнена восточными оттенками: гости смогут попробовать мясные деликатесы и морепродукты, приправленные восточными пряностями и дополненные неожиданными соусами. Ресторан откроет двери в октябре.

Please enter Domodedovo Airport Road and follow Kashirskoye Chaussee (highway) which will turn into Warshavskoye Chaussee later. Once Warshavskoye Chausse become Lyusinovskaya ulitsa (street) it will take only 2.5 km until you turn right into Sadovoye Koltso (Garden Ring Road) and another 1 km before you can recognize Swissotel Krasnye Holmy the towering landmark of the city.

Please enter Airport Road and then follow Leningradsky Prospect (highway) which will turn into Tverksya-Yamskaya and then Tverkaya Street. Once you come to the end of Tverskaya Street there will be one and the only way to the right that will bring you to Moskvoretskaya Naberezhnaya (Embankment). There will be another 2 km before you can recognize Swissotel Krasnye Holmy if you look a little bit to the right. Follow the Embankment and at Goncharnaya Naberezhanya (Embankment) you have to use road junction to drive across the Krasnokholmsky Most (Bridge). There will be another 500 meters before you can enyoy a comfortable driveway to Swissotel Krasnye Holmy main entrance.

Follow Kievskoye Highway in the direction of the Center. Eventually Kievskoye Highway will turn into Leninsky Prospect. Follow Leningsky Prospect until Sadovoe Ring then turn to Sadovoye Ring in the Direction of Paveletsky Railway Station and in two kilometers you will see a high rise 34 floor building - Swissotel Krasnye Holmy. You will reach the Hotel within 5 minutes.
